The APAC HCC Leadership & Policy Forum 2025, co-hosted by the Taiwan Health Promotion Administration (HPA), the Taiwan National Health Insurance Administration (NHIA) and the APAC Liver Disease Alliance in June 2025, brought together policymakers, clinicians, academics, and patient advocates from across the Asia-Pacific region.

The Forum focused on advancing strategies for the prevention, early detection, and management of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), fostering collaboration between governments and healthcare stakeholders to accelerate progress toward improved patient outcomes.

This report summarises key discussions, policy recommendations, and commitments made to strengthen regional action against HCC.
